The Story...
In early 2007, we had an idea to create a platform for the music industry - one that would help Artists expose their material and get recognized for their talent. It would also be a place where fans like us could find great songs and help deserving Artists quit their day jobs and make more music, or at least get more gigs so we could catch them live.
After nearly a year of research we got our ideas penned down and eventually snagged a 150k grant from from the Technopreneur pre-seed fund program by MDeC, Malaysia. That was the start of Cravecast Sdn Bhd and Cravecharts.com's development.
Our journey has been nothing short of a rollercoaster ride. With persistence, the team has since expanded to include other advisors, partners & ambassadors to fill our needs and keep our little-big company going. Most importantly, we have fun doing what we do!
The Team...
Justin Foo, went to music college and had literally worked on every level of the music industry since. He sold instruments, records, promoted bands, did paper work, ran concerts & gigs, and Now! He’s doing the same damn thing all over again! So awesome.
Kevin is responsible for making functional ideas sexy and sensible. Being raised by entrepreneurs, he also enjoys envisioning, conceptualizing and getting things done. He loves you long time!
Fikri Yaakob has a great passion for making codes come to life! He has a wide range of skills from programming to playing an electric guitar. He loves travelling, watching movies and breaking a few bones in sports!
Fikri Ibrahim works with us from the UK. He is responsible for developing the backend of cravecharts with his programming skills. We have hot steamy webcam chats with him from time to time.
